Mrs. Theresa H. Dillon-Molnar, age 88, passed away September 15,2016 at the St. Regis Nursing Home in Massena where she had been a resident since April 24, 2015. Friends may call at Garner Funeral Service on Wednesday,September 21st from 1-3pm. Funeral services will follow at 3pm with Rev. Stephen Rocker, celebrant. Burial will follow at Bayside Cemetery in Potsdam, NY. Contributions can be made to the charity of your choice.

Theresa is survived by a son Ricky Dillon of Potsdam, daughters Donna (James) Emerson of Potsdam, Sheila Dillon of Florida, Vickie Czyz of Massena, Kelly (Joe) Grady of NH, 7 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She is predeceased by her husband Chester Dillon, her second husband Peter Molnar and brothers Frank, Frederick and Pascal Fonda.
Theresa was born May 9,1928 in Ogdensburg ,NY to Samuel and Helen Recore Fonda. She was raised in an orphanage in Ogdensburg and attended school in Ogdensburg. On November 27,1948 she married Chester Dillon in Potsdam. She was a waitress at Blanche's in Potsdam and later went to work at Canton-Potsdam Hospital in the laundry until her retirement and move to Florida. She married Peter Molnar in 1997 in Florida where she lived for 25 years, returning home to Potsdam after Peter's death.
Theresa enjoyed knitting,crocheting,listening to opera and Dean Martin. She also enjoyed watching old movies on TV.
